2. Shipping Destinations & Coverage
We ship exclusively to physical street addresses located across the United States. Every shipment is delivered directly to the customer’s physical delivery address provided at checkout. Please note that large freight items (such as the Nayallc Solid Teak Dining Table and Cast Iron Chiminea) require a physical street address accessible to delivery trucks and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Freight Delivery Procedure (Heavy & Oversized Goods)
For oversized items, delivery is conducted via specialized LTL freight carriers equipped with hydraulic liftgates. Once your shipment arrives at your local destination terminal, the carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a convenient delivery window. Curbside liftgate service is included at no additional charge ($0.00 USD).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Live Tracking
As soon as your shipment is dispatched from our facility in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL Freight). You may also track your shipment at any time using our Order Tracking Page.
5. Transit Damage Protection
Every shipment from Nayallc is 100% insured against loss or transit damage. If an item arrives with any visible damage or defect, notify us within 48 hours at support@nayallc.shop with photos of the issue, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
