Label Created / Pre-Transit Your shipping label has been generated and your package is staged on our loading dock for carrier pickup.
In Transit / Scanned The shipment has been scanned at an intermediate distribution center and is moving toward your destination city.
Out for Delivery / Scheduled The parcel is on the local delivery truck or your freight delivery window has been officially confirmed by appointment.
Delivered & Verified The carrier has safely completed delivery to your front entrance, porch, or driveway curbside.
Troubleshooting

Tracking Questions & Support

Here are a few quick reminders if your tracking information hasn’t updated right away:

✓ Initial Scan Lag: Please allow 12 to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch notice for the carrier’s initial barcode scan to register online.
✓ Freight Appointment Phone Call: For heavy furniture (dining tables/chimineas), the carrier will call your contact phone number to arrange appointment timing before delivery.
✓ Damage-Free Guarantee: If your delivery arrives with any carton damage, note it with the carrier and notify us at support@nayallc.shop for immediate replacement.
